Recruitment can be a costly business, and more so if you get the wrong candidate and have to start again. You could pay high temporary or permanent placement fees or you could let me find your next hire on a fixed fee.
Once I have a definite job description, I use salary benchmarking software to make sure you are going to attract the candidates at the right level for your business.
All applicants are managed through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), either at East Midlands HR or your Company. You have the option of a Glass Door Audit - let's see what employees think of your business and a careers page to showcase your Company and why candidates should join your team.
Depending on the level of support you want I would chat to all suitable candidates before providing you with a shortlist and can arrange the interviews for you.
